he just answered the question on his poll numbers with his accomplishments. I don't know if he formally announced but he wouldn't answer the questions in those ways unless he was running for President.

If/when he officially announces I will volunteer to work on his campaign and risk the wrath of my local party officials as Hillary lives in the town next to me. Nothing against Hillary, if she is the candidate I will vote for her, but I REALLY like OMalley.
