Did the jerk in this story get exposed?

I hope someone knows who he is, so he can be shamed for what he did.

A Jerk Actually Laughed While A Lawmaker Revealed Story Of Her Own Rape

Rep. Teresa Fedor (D-Toledo) revealed that she was raped during her time in the military and a jerk in the audience actually laughed. Fedor was speaking against a proposed bill in Ohio to ban abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected. That bill gives no exemptions for rape victims.
