I immediately recognized it as a train that I often see in Tokyo, but I couldn't tell exactly what they were doing in that small photo. Since I could see that that train was bound for Isogo, I typed in the Japanese key words and came across this news item. Apparently, a woman had become trapped in the crevice between the platform and the train, and more than 40 people pushed the train to free her. And according to the news report, the woman had no apparent injuries.

Minami Urawa Station, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
