Religious Objection to Gays: Is there a Gay Tester - MultiMeter?

Let's say that some quack gets an inane LAW passed that permits Hobby Lobbying to apply to restaurants, where you can refuse to service an LGBT on religious grounds. What - exactly - would such Code/Rule of Law state? And - how would a proprietor by able to make such decision?

Could they just point at anybody and say ----- "OH NO - It's a Gay"?
[br]

Will there be signs "No Gay - No Way"?

I have 2 good activist FB/Twitter friends about LGBT issues (Horace Boothroyd III and Kent Price). As the pics above demonstrate (from the website "Religious Freedom" and the World War on LGBTQ People, there's a civil war going on, against everyone who isn't defined as "straight". Horace (whom I call Mr. III), had recently attended and posted an online DK thread about the Oregon Ban of "Conversion", Where Mr. III's DK thread titled "My Statement re: HB2307 Conversion Therapy Ban in the State of Oregon" stipulates that;

Thank you all for attending in order to hear public comments on this matter.

I am in favor of the ban on conversion therapy. In fact I feel it does not go far enough, these charlatans destroy families and should be incarcerated in proportion to the harm they cause and they should be financially culpable to those they have damaged.

Meanwhile, my other buddy Ken, has this to say on Facebook;

As same sex marriage spreads across the country, conservatives are pushing laws that would provide individuals and businesses the right to refuse service to same sex couples based on religious beliefs. JEB BUSH AS VOICED HIS SUPPORT FOR SUCH UNCONSTITUTIONAL LEGISLATION.

We have a wacko lawyer in Texas, going around with stickers (as seen by this pic from JT's Blog - stating

This moronic endeavor is only outclassed (really shouldn't call it that - though it applies in multiple ways) - by the fact that there is a California attorney at Law (Matthew Gregory McLaughin), who is a California attorney facing a BAR hearing, over his proposed Ballot Measure seeking to make it a Law - that you can execute Gays.

As per the NBC News story - it states that;

A group of California legislators has filed a complaint against a lawyer who is proposing a statewide ballot initiative that would allow gays and lesbians to be "put to death by bullets to the head."

Returning to the question of this thread (that begs) - HOW does one justify the right to discriminate?

 1. Do they have a Gay Testing Machine?
 2. Will the Meter squelch - or does a computer voice go "Warning Warning - Gay - GAY"?
 3. Is there a fine for a Gay stating he isn't - to deceive the proprietor?
 4. Are age limits applied - or expunged: Can they ask for I.D. from customers?
 5. Can a proprietor refuse service to those under 18?
 6. What happens if the Gay Detection Meter (GDM) has a false reading?
 7. If there's one manager who is a Gay and his religion is Gay Only - can they refuse to service Straight's?

[br]

Is the Gay test - simply a person who grabs people by their privates - to see if the grabbed party smiles?
[br]

I'm just sayin........

from an old Murphy Brown episode where everyone's gossiping back and forth about whether the new guy is gay. "I played football in high school." "Aha! Football!", says someone who thinks the guy isn't gay. And so on, and so on, then Frank says he thinks so, and Murphy snaps, "Based on what? The Frank Fontana Gay-O-Meter?" Classic.
