Insurance for Marijuana?

My wife was filing away our new homeowners insurance policy and this line caught her eye - where it states -

"$500 for loss of marijuana in any form"

OMG!!! How times have changed!

We do live in the state of Washington btw.

But I'm actually shocked that the legal/governance team of an insurance company would sign off on that, given that it would potentially put them in an awkward position relating to federal law (which casts a REALLY broad net about the types of things that could loop people into drug conspiracy accusations).
