Oklahoma loses 4-star OT's commitment after racist fraternity video surfaces, report says

Students at the University of Oklahoma protest a fraternity's racist comments on Monday, March 9, 2015 in Norman, Okla. University President David Boren lambasted members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity on Monday who participated in a racist chant caught on video, calling them disgraceful and their behavior reprehensible, and ordered that their house be vacated by midnight Tuesday. Several of Oklahoma's student-athletes have joined classmates to protest the campus' chapter of a fraternity after a video showing the organization's members participating in a racist chant emerged.

The video obviously stirred anger from the Sooners' current football players as linebacker Eric Striker released a video expressing his feelings about the fraternity.

Prospective student-athletes appear to be equally upset, as four-star offensive tackle Jean Delance decommitted from Oklahoma this morning.

Delance, who holds offers from LSU, Texas and TCU among several others, tweeted the announcement citing "personal reasons."

FULL story at link. Hosts this isn't a sport story in GD. This is about racism!!!

1. Yes, if honor and simple human decency don't motivate, football and money might . . . .
