I listened this morning and did not hear either ask the reporter when this became a rule but indicated they think the Clintons' will worm out of this, now let us see them worm out of their statement. I am disappointed in Mika, Joe, he is the same, jumps on anything he thinks will harm the DNC. The other day he was ranting and raving about Obama not calling ISIS Islamic Terrorists and then he was provided a tape of Bush not calling them Islamic Terrorists. Stopped the rants.
