Back when Bush was in office, imagine the right-wing outrage if Democrats had invited someone like Chavez, Castro, or any other world leader they considered to be hostile to their interests.
Right-wing radio would have been aflame with demands for the impeachment of Pelosi & Reid, demanding the Sergeant-At-Arms deny entry to the visiting leader. They would have been trumpeting such a visit as a slap in Bush's face, and calling it treason, etc.
Funny how it's okay when they do it
