Video: Sheriff & Entire Board of Commissioners Admit to Breaking Federal & State Laws


And they will swear that there is no quota protocol in place. Because that would lead to dishonesty in the police force.


If I am hearing this right it is a scheme to give Deputies over time by using federal grants to pay them to generate revenue for the county since the grants can only be used for policing.

Are common throughout the country. They regularly have requirements for minimum number of stops per hour in order to maintain the grant. Note that stops does not mean tickets.
