Fact checking needed: According to this guy - Obama is panicking....

Things considered while wondering why DEMOCRATS ever voted for this guy......
As you are aware, I AM REPUBLICAN! I am a US History buff, have a degree in Social Studies education and my concentration of history is United States, European, and China. I can not believe this president is bypassing Congress to formulate his legacy. Here is what his legacy is going to be......

Barrack Obama - First African American President, who usurped his political power to throw every good American under the bus with his executive order policies and his failed health care initiative. He made promises he never kept and has the lowest performance rating in the history of the Presidency.

His legacy? Ha! The only reason he was elected and re-elected is because he held the urban areas of America. IF the election was based on area, instead of people, He would have been crushed. Unfortunately, he held the largest city in the United States, which basically won him NYS, Miami, Los Angeles (because we all know he is "Hollybama&quot , and so on. He knows he is a "lame duck," with the election in 2014. He had a hard enough time the previous 4 years with getting any policies through and now with a Republican controlled congress, his ideas and legacy will no longer be bipartisan, they will be "Emperoric" (Yes, I created a new word), which means being like an emperor. He is a Constitutional lawyer, which means he knows and understands Constitutional law. He has blatantly broke the Constitution with every turn he has made. Time to get off the soapbox....<thud>

No matter.....it is what it is. Obama is panicking, and I truly hope Congress makes his last 2 years as rough as possible. He has made his bed....now he can sleep in it. It is no wonder the Secret Service is having so much trouble....even they don't want to protect him anymore.

And I am sorry to those, who think I am being mean about this guy. I am not. Its my opinion and I believe THIS GUY has ruined our credibility, in the world, ruined any chance of our children getting jobs (with at least 5M illegal immigrants allowed to stay), and believing that he has a legacy as being a great President.
Legacy? HA!

I mean, seriously? If the latter in particular, was true, even in general, let alone against African-Americans in particular, do you honestly think that we would have elected Obama at all? I'll just put it to you straight: Fuck, no. You know what's scary about that, in fact? Mitt Romney would be about the best we could hope for(and he was a real screwball in his own right); we might have gotten Ted Cruz, or someone much worse......perhaps even David Duke or some other devoted white supremacist. A classic case of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Check wikipedia

The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than is accurate. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their ineptitude. Actual competence may weaken self-confidence, as competent individuals may falsely assume that others have an equivalent understanding.

Sure, that sounds like a republican wet dream. If instead of our current representative democracy we had some kind of Ancient Roman-style consular-senatorial republic where the citizens who could vote were landholders, and their votes counted in proportion to the size of their holdings, then it would be so, and conservative republicans would be a lock forever more.

In the meantime, the GOP will get crushed in presidential elections because they've inspired so much loathing among the urban populations across this nation, which has been and continues to be a representative democracy.
