The question is, does this bill override the ban on renditions?
I would love to know who wrote this bill. Why are these issues coming up now and who would have an interest in pushing for them?
All I know is that it is a disgrace that any Democrat would have put their name on such a bill. They will go down in history for this, which maybe some of them should think of.
