I want to make a prediction right now. I bet it will come out

in the trial that, in fact Treyvon Martin never touched George Zimmerman and that he used a rock or something by Martin's dead body to scruch up his head to make it seem like there was a struggle. I believe that that there have been witnesses come forward to this fact. It is imposible for Zimmerman to have been scremeaning while being beating the way he way was supposed to have been beaten. There were no fighting marks accrding to the furneral director on Martin's body of a fight.

If Zimmerman had bruises that corroberated his story he would have shown them the night of the murder and have them photographed.

3. Interesting, hadn't thought of self-inflicted wounds. Sounds plausible. It will

4. There were no wounds on Martin's hands. I'm sure this

that was noticed in the autopsy. If you are punching someone you are going to end up with wounds to your knuckles. What if he hands had zero wounds on them? I think the prosecutor is not giving all the information out right now on why she decided to try this case.

How about "injuries completely or mostly a fabrication after Zimmerman's dad, Police Chief Bill Lee, and SA Norm Wolfinger had their little confab".

9. Credible witnesses have Zimmerman sitting on top of Trayvon just before the gunshot....

so a back wound is highly unlikely. Most likely scenario is that Zimmerman tackled and then sat on the (racially profiled) "perp". After that George pulled the gun and THAT is what caused Trayvons cries for help. Trayvon then either tried to slap the gun away or did something to try to get George off. George then went into a rage and shot Trayvon.

After the gunshot, witnesses have George getting off Trayvon and holding his head in a "what have I done" manner. An unidentified neighbor with a flashlight appears and then the cops show up.

So who will bring it up at trial?

The State? Listen to Corey's presser: (paraphrasing) If people would have waited, Norm & Bill would have done the same as me.

The Defense?

This is going to be a really odd trial.

Oh, and another thing: Betcha if Trayvon's Dad hadn't IDed the body the next day, the police would have tried to pin more unsolved burglaries on what they thought was some random black punk they had stashed at the morgue.

Look at this case:

Police: Homeless man the culprit in 14 Sanford burglaries

Sanford Police said they've solved more than a dozen burglaries from the past two years with one arrest.

As WFTV's Mary Nguyen reports, police used DNA to link a homeless man to most of the crimes.

....

He is accused of stealing at least $4,000 worth of property from the church alone. Investigators said they believe he sold the items at pawn shops.

....

Investigators said they believe Cauthen kept leaving blood samples behind because he was always breaking windows and cutting himself.

More on the accused:

...

Investigators say Cauthen is suspected of stealing $4,000.00 worth of property from a Sanford church in the Georgetown area. Most of the items have been found and returned to the church. Police also say Cauthen is suspected of stealing at least $10,000.00 worth of property not including damages to vehicles and homes caused during the burglaries.

Crimes pinned on a homeless black man who left DNA evidence at every crime scene. Suuuuure.....

6. Well since we're speculating, I'd also bet that some of his testimony

was fed to him by one of the cops at the scene.

"Did you Fear For Your Life, Mr Zimmerman?"

"Uh, yeah?"

"And were you Attacked First?"

"...I sure was officer."

"Were you Acting In Self Defense and merely Standing Your Ground which is legal under State Code blahblahblah Section blah?"

"YES! YES I WAS, SIR!"

Same goes with the intial witness. I think some cop spool-fed that kid his whole account.

But he was also a criminal justice student.

The line where he says something like, "...He has something in his waistband, I don't know..", on the police call sounded straight out of the "play book" where the police justify shooting someone on the street. It must help establish fear for one's life and thus certain amounts of force. That he says it on the tape makes me think he was always covering himself when he talked to the cops, just in case.

I'd like to hear some of his other calls to the police to see if he threw that sort of line in on a regular basis.
