(3,300 posts)This is the very thing that will finally drive me away from here - women insulting their male feminist allies - not a too bright idea.

(114,904 posts)clueless. Hey, I know, let's talk about how much African Americans like eating fried chicken. Or how much Jews like making money and controlling Hollywood. Or how about how men are just horndog pigs?

(114,904 posts)What does it mean? That women are irrational and vindictive if rejected. Yes, that is sexist.

(62,325 posts)What should happen in cases like this is that people should SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES not all women.
I have yet to meet a woman in RL whose major concerns are 'someone used a phrase or a word I find offensive'. Been waiting for years now to hear this in RL from any woman I have met across this country. They have plenty of concerns, very legitimate ones, but this is not one of them in my experience.

And i take greater exception to your using the bullshit word "hyperfeminists" to put down those who see use of such bullshit as "scorned woman", as sexist.
I realize that some of us... women are just too "uppity" for you. Tough.

(82,383 posts)even as a play on words. So the title headline is distracting from the point of that article. It is not only about women, but other Democratic base groups. It may have some good points but they are getting lost. The woman scorned language is misogynistic as we all know.

Yet the article you linked to had little or nothing to do with that. We don't need that language to get across the idea the Hobby Lobby decision might get women to get out and vote for Democrats.
