I agree with hack89. No child that age should be able to touch a gun. And who in the fuck gives a five year old a loaded gun, let alone a putatively unloaded one.

(65,524 posts)No, it is not--it is criminal negligence and child endangerment of the worst sort to leave two tiny kids alone "for a few minutes" with a loaded gun!
ON EDIT: These "accidents" will continue to happen unless adults start being charged for setting little children up to have such easily predictable "accidents"!
