It's called "FoxReplace" (don't we wish). It allows the user to create a list of offensive words or phrases and to replace them with kinder, gentler ones.
For instance, it can take this, and turn it into this:
You can also, if you're so inclined, turn "McCain" into "Gramps" or "Old man yelling at cloud", "Fox News" into "RNC propaganda rag", or whatever else comes to mind. Just a helpful suggestion.
