(48,181 posts)The disaster these war criminals foisted on the world and on this administration is now manifest. Yeah, y'all forgot to prosecute them, but is it too fucking much to ask you to fucking SHUN them?

(10,650 posts)Surely Kerry could have found something else to do.
Why that disgusting, incompetent woman continues to be treated like a decent human being is beyond me.

(20,600 posts)I think I just found a good candidate for my signature - Obama's quote about Condi Rice - it sums up what is wrong about Obama in a nutshell.

Not that truth and accuracy matter much to some around here. Fitting quote for your "signature," indeed.

Ive often said that anyone who was heavily involved in pushing for the United States to invade Iraq really should just shut their mouths when it comes to their opinions on what any other administration might say or do as it relates to international relations and national security. Being that the Iraq War is quite possibly one of the biggest embarrassments in United States history (seriously, we couldnt find one WMD?), these experts from the Bush administration (Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld) really just need to slither off into obscurity. Unfortunately they think their opinions matter, thanks in large part to Fox News and other right-wing media giving credence to them. The latest clown from the Bush administration circus to offer their insight on something related to our national security is none other than Condoleezza Rice. You see, she seems to think that there are unanswered questions about Benghazi that need to be answered.
Rice said in an interview with Ozy.com, I think there are unanswered questions and they could be easily answered. But I think they need to be answered.
Excuse me? Someone from the Bush administration wants answers about four deaths in Benghazi? Wow. Ignoring the fact that weve already had several investigations which have clearly stated that the deaths in Benghazi were tied to institutional failures at every level from the White House, to Congress and even the embassy in Benghazi itself it takes real gall for someone who worked for an administration responsible for over 4,400 American deaths in Iraq (not to mention 13 embassy attacks which resulted in dozens of deaths) to want more answers about four deaths in Libya. Its just amazing to me how the total incompetence that led to the Iraq, and the horrific handling of nearly every aspect of the war in the subsequent years, is mostly ignored by all of these Republicans who want to act appalled by what happened in Benghazi. Honestly, its disgusting.
