then a far right cwhorepoRATe propagandist. Not a very good one at that because the only one he's got snowed, or bullied, or both, is his poor little abused housewife, Mika.

THE RISE OF THE TEA PARTY HAS BEEN CATASTROPHIC FOR AMERICA BECAUSE YOU:

Portray all government mismanagement as a cover up conspiracy against the people

Believe that no government is good government

Base your philosophy on no compromising although the success of our republic has been based on this ideal for more than two centuries

Falsely portray that all government programs undercut your liberty

Have equally damaged both the Republican and Democratic party through deceitful propaganda

Perpetuate the lie that the size of government is increasing, even though we have 600K less government employees today than in 2008 (source: U.S. Labor Department)

Preach anarchy by spreading paranoia that our own government is our greatest enemy which perpetuates unwarranted public mistrust in government

Believe that all liberal policies are unconstitutional

Very arrogantly think you represent the founding fathers and understand the constitution more than anyone else

Perpetuate the fallacy that all federal regulations hinder your freedom

Demonize public service, a once proud career for Americans

Because when I click on the OP all I see it the title, since they never come through as I am not signed in - don't have an account.

I got some of the context from Arthur Frain's reply and this sounds very good and I'd like to share it with a link.

TIA if possible.

It is indeed damning and a truth which cannot be repeated often enough! American is being played by the employees like Joe who work for criminals.

My chief weapon is the Straussian "Noble Lie".
My job is to deliver you to my corporate masters who have crushed your Unions
and shipped your jobs overseas where labor is cheap."

President Obama seems obsessed with doing the same.

It is hard to make a distinction between the Republicans who serve the Corporate Masters,
and the "Democrats" who serve the Corporate Masters.

I believe that Joe Scarborough is a salesman of Republican ideas and ideals that have over time been proven to not to work.

Although I welcome dissenting opinion, I find it odd that folks would believe that the two political parties would always be perfectly symmetrical in all ways when it comes to corporate corruption.

And, it seems we have quite a few of them in this country unfortunately.

People that believe in "American exceptionalism" and "Conservative exceptionalism" (wherein they really truly believe liberals are evil and that conservatives are God's exceptional chosen ones) are small-minded, self-centered assholes. There is no mincing words here.

That's why I don't get too excited about the snippets of progressive or liberal talk they allow them to say.

Because they are 99% controlled and their overall messageing, cultural and political, serve not truth, the public interest or any positive changes in this country.

No really harsh questions asked, no going into the bigger problem despite the angst. The blurbs we love are all they are going to toss to us, just crumbs.

The 'liberal' media has been gone a long time, instead we have been treated to a light version of this since the 1980s on television, that is becoming worse daily. They have bought out the radio waves as well and their first cuts are dissenters.

Now they can also restrict content online, by the simple act of ownership. That is a hard thing to get around, but then we don't want any 'socialism' or 'big government.' This is what we will get from now on unless we GOTV.

JMHO. YMMV.
