Experian Sold Consumer Data to ID Theft Service

An identity theft service that sold Social Security and drivers license numbers — as well as bank account and credit card data on millions of Americans — purchased much of its data from Experian, one of the three major credit bureaus, according to a lengthy investigation by KrebsOnSecurity.

The link provides information of a series of shell companies which sold the information,
and one of those companies was later BOUGHT by Experian.

Wonder if the same is going on with the other 2 credit reporting agencies????
