I worked with this creep. He's an early prototype of a Teabagger. Now a sexual predator.

He was a rural route carrier when I worked in the same office. He was known to go on right wing screeds at the slightest provocation. He was also a Ditto Head, and thought GHW Bush was a Socialist.

Instead of seeking help for the unconscious woman, he took the opportunity to sexually assault her.

When a woman who worked at a Lexington strip club fainted Thursday night from a pre-existing medical condition, a fellow male employee allegedly sexually abused her, according to police and court documents.

The 37-year-old woman, who worked at Fillies Gentleman's Club, 987 Winchester Road, was listed in critical condition early Friday and was placed on life support at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, said Lexington police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts. Roberts said she did not know what the woman's job was at the strip club.

BTW, they have it on tape. I guess he never saw the security cameras during his employment.

And I'm not sure the jury would buy that he needs a pysch ward. Most likely figure that she 'had it coming' for working there. Sigh...

Instead of getting help, he molests her and they were annuitants?

Animals treat fellow animals better. This scumbag doesn't even rise to the level of animal. Since he has failed basic humanity and additionally is a predator, get him out of society now permanently!

$5000 bond??? What if she had died or dies????????
What, are they the Sanford PD?

So much for family values.

The collapse and death were caused by a known pre-existing medical condition, and Kentucky has no Failure To Aid law that requires citizens to call 911 or provide medical assistance to someone who needs it.

As I see it, the worst they could nail him with in regards to her death would be involuntary manslaughter, and even then the prosecutor would need to prove that his actions actually contributed to her death. My guess is that he'll be charged with both rape and manslaughter, and will plea bargain it out to avoid a jury trial. His lawyer will probably make clear that a jury will CRUCIFY him, and that he'll be looking at the maximum sentence otherwise. Sine he's already 71, it's unlikely that he'll ever walk the streets as a free man again.
