It's available on Xbox Live, but I have *NO* intention to see it.
I detested Downey, saw a couple of his circuses, I mean TV shows.
When he got socked by Danny Glover in "Predator 2" I cheered.

(31,011 posts)I'm curious at how he would be portrayed and if it would even be accurate.

(102,496 posts)for so many that came after him--the Limbaughs and other hate-mongers of the world.
What is possibly worse, is that it appears it was all "an act" and he may not have been the ideologue that he professed.
No, I think I'll pass.

(13,305 posts)I remember being an avid watcher of that show as a teenager. Which is odd because even then I was a complete bleeding heart liberal. I didn't view it as a political thing like today's shows are. I viewed it more as I did the Jerry Springer show, which is just a total circus on television.

(45,319 posts)Called someone a faggot, on TV, shouting faggot punk. I remember it and it is on tape. Al would not support you doubting this, he is aware of this past errors and while he'd rather everyone forget them he himself does not deny that he was a raging bigot in many ways and is still a man making amends and redemption.
Just saying. He was very wrong.
