Paula Deen Issues Video Apology
Just about thirty minutes ago Paula Deen issued a video apology regarding her use of the n-word. The apology was not a non-apology apology. Deen said she was sorry and did not make any excuses. She mentioned that she had made a number of mistakes in her life and asked for forgiveness from her friends and family.
The only problem some might have with the apology is that Deen did not seem to actually address the use of the n-word. Deen apologized, but only for general mistakes she made and not specifically for using the n-word.
