Elizabeth Warren’s Supreme Court Warning: SCOTUS "A wholly Owned Subsidiary of Chamber Of Commerce"

Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s Supreme Court Warning

“According to the Constitution Accountability Center, the chamber moved from a 43 percent win rate during the very conservative Berger court to a 56 percent win rate under the very conservative Rehnquist court. And now they are at a 70 percent win rate under the Roberts court.”

“Follow this pro-business trend to its obvious conclusion and you will end up with a Supreme Court that’s a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chamber of Commerce"

The United Corporations of America. Since both parties are owned by the same people, this was inevitable. Though it might have gone slower under a more moderate President, a Gore for instance, it still was coming down the pike. We need a fundamental change in government away from the Reaganism that has pervaded us for so long but we're never going to get it. Our last, best chance was 2009 and "our" party punted, instead opting to bend over backwards to accommodate Republicans that were never going to vote for any of the Democratic proposals no matter what. Wasted opportunity is how history will view this Presidency. By those that give a shit about people other than the 1% anyway.

Without an effective opposition party, they've made gains over and over, and every time we beat them back they just came back next week.

In the end, these policies will kill all of us(including the 1%), but they don't seem to care.
