that SCOTUS is going to hand down the DOMA and Prop 8 decisions tomorrow at 10AM EDT what have you heard?

I have a feeling they will call parts of DOMA unconstitutional without throwing the whole thing out and kick Prop8 back to California.

Decisions typically come on Monday and Thursdays, and the court's final scheduled session for this term is on June 24. However, the court may add additional dates to its schedule. SCOTUSblog predicts the rulings on same-sex marriage are most likely to come on June 26 or 27, based on the court's past decision patterns.

I wouldn't put it past Scalia, if Jeb Bush became President, to say he made a mistake in 2000 accepting the case, then thumbed his nose and again said nah nah nah, whatcha gonna do about it and then retire
yeah, both sides are the same, sure.
If there is any good in any ruling, it means something worse is coming after.
