Man Sneaks Off From Animal Shelter Tour, Has Sex With Pit Bull: Cops

A Chicago man allegedly sneaked away during a tour of an animal shelter to have sex with one of the facility's dogs.

Gerardo Perez, 50, was involved in a Wednesday tour of the Chicago Animal Care and Control Facility when he disappeared from the group, the Chicago Sun Times Reported.

A shelter employee saw Perez in a restricted area and told the man to leave. The employee came back a short time later and said Perez was still there. This time, though, Perez was allegedly on all fours inside an animal cage and appeared to have just finished having sex with a pit bull, according to the Chicago Tribune. ....................(more)

8. Sadly, this is a more common occurance than most of us realize

the sex with dogs part. I have a friend who works at an animal rescue and says many of their rescues have been sexually abused by humans.

14. I was at the sex museum in Amsterdam many years ago and they had a...

...special exhibit on sex with animals. This was like 1998 or something like that. This is the Amsterdam Sex Museum we're talking about so lots of pictures of people having sex with animals, as you might imagine.

Anyway, there were a list of facts and statistics nearby the exhibit based on sex surveys over the years and the one thing that stood out as odd (at the time) was the indication that females were had a much, much higher likelihood of having chosen to have sex with an animal based on the answers they gave. At 40, I've had lots of conversations with people and accrued many interesting tidbits, anecdotes and flat-out secrets from those conversations. I don't find the assertions from that exhibit to be so odd anymore.

Obviously the long term impacts are significantly worse for a child, but if this guy is mentally ill, lock him up in an institution and treat him. There are always people pretending to be interested in animals at shelters, who (the humans) are not what they seem. As if the shelter workers don't have enough to look out for already!
