There's going to be tape out there. IF the cop managed to bounce it off the street and kill him his little cop friends will congratulate him on a lucky kill. But we know already that is not the case, don't we?
We know he aimed for the head and struck the dead 22 year old in the right eye. For protesting. The most basic right a citizen has.
