Heartless Bastards Gun Nuts

Last edited Mon Feb 11, 2013, 03:35 AM - Edit history (1)

Good God they are out in force spreading conspiracy theories and the vitriol towards us who are scared to death of their weapons.

They can't stand that President Obama has a victim of gun violence sitting next to FLOTUS at the SOTU.

They just want the victims and their families to disappear, bury the dead and shut up already.

It's absolutely sickening what they say in comments sections.

9. Why Is A Fired Cop Considered A Good Guy Anyway
Sun Feb 10, 2013, 03:54 AM
Feb 2013

the guy was fired in 09...not yesterday.

My nephew was an LAPD...when he was a kid all he ever wanted to do was "help" people. When he became a cop, he turned into quite the racist. An auto accident ended his life as a cop, now he trolls the conspiracy theories sites, believes them and now hates the government he used to work for.

I don't think he was a good cop with a gun, because of his racism.

I don't think he should have a gun considering his state of mind and the incredible pain he's in since the accident over 20 years ago. I worry he might do himself in one day with his gun.

14. My daughter is in law enforcement, my son went to prison for drugs

I have family that genuinely have a desire to serve, to keep the peace, to help. I also know better than many that a great number of bullies, racists, control freaks and flat out jerks join law enforcement to enhance their bullying capacity while carrying (& sometimes using a gun...check out how many folks have been killed by Albuquerque police).

I am close to many active duty and retired law enforcement with LEAP Law Enforcement Against Prohibition...I think you'd enjoy & learn a lot at their website.

16. Yep. And not just "out there": have you checked our very own Gungeon lately?

It's not pretty. Our "pro gun progressives"* don't like President Obama's push for new reasonable, sensible gun legislation - or that a victim of gun violence is sitting next to FLOTUS during the SOTU - than many of the persons referenced in your OP's subject line do.

They often run in the same circles, after all...

because they're kids get killed every damn day and the comments are some of the worst...what is wrong with these people.

Responsible gun owners sure do write some nasty ass stuff. I don't get it.
We have a gun crisis and they don't have any compassion at all.

18. What about bringing in families of innocent people killed by our drones?

The government kills people every day and we justify it by calling it "collateral damage." We pretend such killings don't even happen.

But then we only demand changes to the constitution when 20 kids are killed in a school by some psychopath.

The logic is missing here.

19. We've Been Pretending For A LONG Time About Guns

it wasn't until Newtown when people started to speak up. Gun folks are extremely intimidating on the web - and I used to stay clear of the subject. But no more

It didn't take long for Gabby Giffords to fade away...out of sight out of mind.

There are worse things than changing the words on a piece of paper...saving the next million or so gun victims is worth a tweek to the constitution.

The government hasn't killed nearly as many people in the last 10 years of war, make that all war conflicts since 1968.
Over a million dead, why doesn't this bother some?

They all aren't psychopaths either.

We should pass a useless gun control bill that will accomplish nothing. Meanwhile the government continues to expand it's "kill list."

But I guess it's all good if it makes you sleep better at night.
