This could really help our mentally ill population in this country who are now sorely uncared for.

We have to do a lot more.
But this is one politically acceptable solution that could be approved soon.

My wife is on SSI for mental and now a niece is applying for SSI for mental. There are so many people out there who require assistance to save themselves and society. The new illness which does not get attention is mental illness. This is a cancer which affects millions. So of us are functional crazies, others require assistance so they can get the care they require.
I think if we spent 50% of the money DOD gets on social programs, research, and NASA this country and world would be GREAT again.
