All DA Bragg needs to prove is that in violating Federal campaign finance law by purposely misreporting the payments trump deprived the citizens of the state of New York of their right to a fair and honest election.

Looks like a slam dunk.

which dictate whether an action is legal or not, and if he just says the correct thing he can get away with whatever.
