Russia's newest colony of Central African Republic is participating in Putin's May 9th celebrations.

If you've not been paying attention, Russia has taken over several central African countries and that cannon fodder will be poured into European wars.

Russia is advising their allies thru their respective countries and probably lying to them that the fallen and maim soldiers' families will be paid handsomely.
