Maybe Biden wouldn't, probably he would not but maybe the next one will? Dem or Rep. Just because one is in the party doesn't mean they are as moral as we think we Dems are.

Ex-presidents can be impeached, that's the mechanism provided by the Constitution.

Or, really, just the three appointed by Trump, given that he won by cheating in 2016.

If I were the POTUS, I might suddenly be very concerned about the physical safety of people like certain congress folks or federal judges (or other people who concerned the POTUS). I might assign federal agents to watch over the safety of such VIPs (and members of their families). I might assign teams to each and every one. Just for security. And thank goodness as POTUS I might be totally innocent of any offenses assigned agents or teams were forced to commit in the furtherance of those agents' or teams' good faith missions.

What might possibly go wrong? Justices of the Supreme Court, please allow me to introduce you to your new personal monitoring teams. Remember, the President can't be prosecuted unless they're impeached AND convicted, and a lot might happen while those processes are under way, not all of it involving cash or yacht rides.
