So little baby Sabrina who was taken from her mother's womb

Has died.

Ah we’ll let rpthem blame Hamas for killing this entire family
I also heard on BBC that it will take 14 years to remove the rubble from Gaza.
Evil is still evil.

Mamie Till knew the photos of her mutilated, dead son could sway minds, as well as being witness to violence.

She was also delivered C-section. She perked up and appeared fine.

She had prematurity and possible issues with low fetal oxygenation.

Sorry it doesn't trigger me. I worked in newborn.

I'm not defending deliberate misconduct or war crimes.

I'm asking if civilian casualties are "collective punishment."

You don't seem to want to answer that question.

I can understand why. It's difficult to separate genuine collateral damage from deliberate or callous infliction of pain on the civilian population, especially when someone like Nutandyahoo is involved.

But I also think it's important to acknowledge that not every civilian casualty constitutes a war crime. And from the constant drumbeat of such stories on this forum, I think a lot of folks gloss over that part. Wars are ugly. Always have been.

not every action during a conflict is warranted or defensible. By the same token - it is false measure to label virtually all 'evil' or 'genocide'. Too often we have descended to hurling words and brickbats back and forth ...

The carnage in Gaza is justified, because look at what the Union did to Atlanta, or Cortez did to the Aztecs.

Why don't we have crucifixions and hangings anymore?

Hey, we've done it before, so it's all good, right?

Regardless of who commits it. Innocent victims are innocent victims regardless of nationality or religion. Atrocities are atrocities regardless of who commits them.

I picture that child in a better place and given her short history nearly anywhere would be a "better place." RIP, little one & Sabrina's mother.
