Wish list

After the Democrats wipe out the Cult on Nov. 5th, here's my wish list of legislative and executive actions:

1. Expand the SCOTUS to 21, fast track the list of nominees to be seated in 90 days.
2. Codify choice as unassailable law.
3. Settle once and for all time voting rights.
4. Settle once and for all time immigration law that streamlines entry into the U.S.
5. Place fucking taxes on the fucking rich that makes sense, no more fucking talk about who will be the first trillionaire because there won't be one. Eliminate the SS threshold.
6. Give the EPA a set of tiger teeth.

That's the short list. Keep it going.

Regulate credit-default swaps like we do other securities. (These were a big part of the 2008 fianacial meltdown.)
Tax the hell out of corporate stock buy-backs.
Repeal the Bush & tRump tax giveaways to the rich.

-Increase the number of Supreme Court Justices to 13 which equals the number of Federal Courts of Appeal.

-Restrict the service of a Supreme Court Justice to 25 years or age 70, whichever comes first. So one appointed at 45 will retire at 70 and serve the full 25 years, while one appointed at 55 will serve 15 years.

-Eliminate many of the tax loopholes the wealthily and corporations who currently have ridiculous tax rules which allows them to pay no taxes but benefit off the hard work of ordinary TAX PAYING citizens.

Interesting tables in the link.

The average retirement age in U.S. is 64 years old, with the average retirement age across all states spanning from 61 to 67 years old. The Social Security Act sets the minimum age to retire at 65 to receive full retirement benefits, although the minimum retirement age will continue to rise.
