He has to be back in court Thursday morning.

He asked for the day off so he could attend the scotus hearings on his immunity claims, but the judge denied it. He MUST be in court.

If he ignores the judge and just attends scotus, the judge would likely just jail him for the remainder of the trial, and likely through sentencing.
