Justice Merchan’s ruling has significantly increased the potential blowback Motherfucker will face if he decides to take the stand and testify in his own defense. In the end, it’s his call and his alone to make. But the judge just handed the prosecution a fairly heavy legal cudgel to use against Motherfucker if he does decide to testify.
