let's talk about tsf's PHYSICAL decline.

the fart jokes have a joy, and also very, very politically damaged.
but they r also a sign of his absolute decrepitude. falling asleep in court, same.
want to talk about age? ppl do loves them some numbers. put a number on something and all shades of grey evaporate. so let’s talk about health. he’s dying. he does not have long.
we need more video of joe on his bike, etc. the contrast at this point will b a lot more stark than golf cart v peloton. which shd have been enough to make this an issue. instead we got jokes about it.

but honestly, i hate to see a sick, crazy old man in the dock. if it was almost anyone else, we wd b appalled. he rly shouldnt b there. i hope the judge orders a psyche eval. i’ve said many times i’d rather see him in a locked ward than prison.
it’s both more just and a more important lesson for humanity about the nature of evil.

eta the illustrated, short version.

and also to say- i think the judge will order an eval. it’s that or jail. he’ll have to do something.

This trial will boil his anger. Dementia can turn violent. I doubt a judge would order a psych eval. TSF will show his true colors in a visual psych eval for the public to see at trial. I think by mid-June the outcome will be pretty clear.

2. There is no need at all for the judge to order a psych eval.

This judge runs a mental health court.

He has read hundreds of psych reports and talked to many psychologists.

It is certain that the judge knows:

1. Trump is seriously mentally ill.
2. However Trump is very competent to stand trial and does not meet the criteria
for "not guilty by reason of insanity."
3. The judge most certainly does not want to get into dueling psychology reports.
4. He will be hard pressed to find reputable psychologists who want to get involved
in this three ring circus and shit show, only to get death threats and lose their licenses.

3. i disagree strongly on #2. his records at reed prove it.

no need for dueling anythings. just ask the docs who treated him for covid. they have the receipts.
tho they have an incentive to hide them, since they allowed a mad man to go free.
and dr ronnie ought to know his lies shd land him in the brig for the rest of his days.

The docs who treated him for covid are not licensed mental health professionals.
They do not have the qualifications to write such a report.
It would be rejected by the court.

Trump is seriously mentally ill with narcissistic and sociopathic personality disorders
and long time stimulant drug abuse.
We all know that, we see it on TV every day.

However is he competent to stand trial.
And he does not meet the criteria for not guilty by reason of insanity.

-He knows right from wrong.
-He understood clearly what he was doing was wrong when he committed the crimes
because he tried to hide them.
-He just doesn't think the laws apply to him.
-He understands the charges, and possible sentencing.
-He comprehends what his attorneys and the judge are saying to him.

Personality disorders do not qualify for NGRI.
And drug abuse actually disqualifies NGRI.

The judge knows all of this.
He would be very foolish to go down the NGRI path.
Unless he wants to help Trump.

5. he was treated at reed, by docs who r trained to determine the fitness for command of an officer.

and they failed miserably.
advanced dementia most def fits the criteria.

7. Trump's dementia does not meet the criteria.

For the reasons I stated in the last post.

The docs who treated Trump for Covid do not have the extensive training and knowledge
to perform a formal psychological evaluation to determine competency for trial.

If they rendered that opinion they could lose their medical license as they are not qualified
to do so and practicing outside the scope of their training.

Of course Trump is not fit to hold high office.
He might not even be fit to hold any job.
On top of his mental illness he is lazy to the bone.

But job fitness is an entirely different psych report.

We are talking about something different, competence to stand trial.
A completely different topic.

Mentally ill people are on trial every day.
In fact Judge Merchan runs a mental health court.

Most mentally ill people are competent to stand trial for the reasons I have already outlined.

Depressed, anxious, personality disorders, etc are all competent to stand trial.

I think there is confusion.

Insanity is a legal term. Not a mental health term.

Most mentally ill people are perfectly capable of standing trial.
