Am I allowed to mention another blog on DU?

I'm a regular reader and very occasional commentator on Daily Kos. Kos appears to have been down for several hours -- I checked it just before midnight Friday night EDST and it was good, but around 0700 Saturday EDST and now I get This site can’t be reached.

Everything else is good.

Anyone else?

Or did they announce they would be down and I missed it??
