Another J6er goes down

April 3 (UPI) -- U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth sentenced Taylor James Johnatakis to 87 months in prison for his part in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday. Johnatakis, 40, of Kingston, Wash., was also ordered to pay $2,000 restitution.

A federal jury in Washington D.C. on Nov. 21 found Johnatakis guilty of obstructing an official proceeding, civil disorder and assaulting, resisting and impeding certain officers, which are felonies.

Johnatakis represented himself during the trial and at Wednesday's sentencing hearing while proclaiming he is a "sovereign citizen" who isn't subject to federal laws, NBC News reported.

Lamberth noted Johnatakis showed no remorse for his actions and expressed concern that he might employ violence again if given the opportunity.

Federal prosecutors said Johnatakis led other rioters in attacking a line of police officers who were protecting the Capitol.

A made-up term a guy calls himself in order to express that he is better than everyone else despite glaring evidence to the contrary.

...would he give a sh*t about "making 'Murika great again" (like his cap says)??

Like you said, It's all about making inferior people feel superior.

As a "sovereign citizen" in DC, he would be "out of his jurisdiction." So yes, he WOULD be subject to federal law. But then he's obviously not bright enough to grasp that fact. I hope prison will help him to grasp it. (Of all the people charged for J6 , I wonder if ANY of them carried Mensa membership cards; I seriously doubt it. I suspect the collective alpha-wave output of that crowd wouldn't light up a yard light in Toad Suck, MO.)

12. I wonder if he is aware by 1/6/21 Trump was already on record as saying he had lost the election?

7 years and 3 months for a lie? Let him fade away and never be heard from again.
