Is TFG taunting the justice system into a response so that he can cause a delay in the April trial?

Is this what the hog-tied Biden post and photos of the judge's daughter are about? Is he trying to elicit a response to cause more chaos?

for an appeal to get a potential conviction thrown out -- which would be a delay of a different type (because a vacated conviction would likely generate a retrial).
