This is Why we Protest

Yet again, TFG is given a pass and rewarded for bad behavior.

Not only does he now only have to pay a fraction of the $500 million, he and his children can now do business in NY again as that was suspended as until the appeal has been decided.

This is why I truly believe he will never face any real or significant justice from any of this.

Rich white men don't play by the same rules everyone else.

I let myself get suckered into believing it was possible for him to be held accountable and for that I am truly disappointed in myself.

The real world just doesn't work like that.

This insanity is never going to end. It just keeps going and going and going I am honestly so tired of it. It's exhausting.
Truly, fuck that guy.

1. If the original amount was due today, the reduced amount should also have been due today.

We'd feel tons better if we had an inkling of the resolution regarding *rump and the GE.

I can't abide listening to this rot day-in/day-out. Bad for one's tri-partite well-being.

Peace, safety and good health be unto you. 💜

Think. Again.

...yesterday's news affected me worse than it should have, all of this has been going on too long. I need to start just riding it out.

Thank you for your well wishes, and my best to you, also.

will go a long way towards easing anxiety; far more than "facts", supposition, propaganda and wishful-thinking processed through Twitter into bite-sized, empty-calorie candy for a temporary dopamine rush.

Think. Again.

8. Luckily, I don't do social media (other than DU)...

...but really, it's much more than that.

We're in an extremely abusive relationship with an unethical narcissist, some of us are still in the infatuation stage (magats), and some of us just want him out of our lives.

DU is my only social link to the outside. Wealth of information plus fellowship. And I am grateful for it. I get into enuff hot water without being on any of those 'platforms'. 😝
