There are still around 30 Democratic holdouts, though, who all object to the Senate bill's providing for aid to Israel. I wish someone would propose a bill for just Ukraine aid which could be discharge petitioned, but since no such bill exists, we need to pass the Senate bill which is Ukraine's only realistic hope. So call your Dem representative if he/she is one of the holdouts- they can vote for the discharge petition yet vote against the bill on the floor if they want to split the baby.

There's safety in numbers on this kind of thing. Polls show a huge majority of Democrats support Ukraine aid, and if Dems would just call their holdout Reps it would really help. Sadly, my representative is a Republican who is proud of letting Ukraine fend for itself.
