My Brother in Law age 82 is a stutterer

His parents helped him through it by sending him to summer camps for stutterers where they also ran a lot as part of the therapy.
Hugely helped him. He went to college on a track scholarship. He is very accomplished in many other ways as well. Smart businessman.
A former Republican (until he met and married my sister 20 years ago)
This whole Trump/Stutter thing making fun of Biden is very offensive to our family.
And I believe it will not play well with independents. And I also believe it won’t play well with any Republicans that have an ounce of empathy for disabled people (family or otherwise).

4. My nephew had a bad stutter as a kid and now he is very much a loner. He also

has some learning issues but I'm not sure what they are. My brother and his wife voted for tfg twice and it pissed me off - because of the way tfg made fun of the journalist with a physical problem. The stuttering thing hadn't come up yet. But they are all in the fundy cult so it is hard to even understand them.

My brother passed last July. I had always hoped we could become friends again but....such is life, and death.
