Dear Nancy Mace - It doesn’t matter what E. Jean Carroll mocked, or how she plans to spend the money, or whether it was a civil or criminal trial. Trump raped her. If you don’t want to answer the question, say so. Don’t accuse the interviewer of trying to shame you.

Why do serious journalists give air/text time to the wing nuts? I guess if it is to show they are wing nuts and there are a lot of them, maybe. But beyond that there is no worthwhile point to made giving the unhinged and irrational a platform.

Was Nancy Mace's supposed rapist ever found guilty in a general court of law?

If not, why should we believe her story?

After all, her defense of tRump being adjudicated as a rapist - and the confirmation from the judge that tRump did rape E Jean Carroll - is that said adjudication took place in a civil court, not a general court of law. Ergo - according to Mace - that’s apparently not a real finding of rape.

Yet Mace would have us all believe that she was raped years ago when she never reported the assault and does not even have a civil verdict of rape on which to hang her claim, let alone - her standard - a finding by a general court of law. By her own standard, we can dismiss her claim of being raped.
