Just FYI, I Checked The Fox News 'Politics' Page Today.

(I watch/read Fox 'News' so you won't have to.)

-You can read a lot into what Fox 'News' does, or DOES NOT talk about at any given time.

-They spent a long time talking about the Economy. They don't even mention it anymore, because it only draws attention to the fact that the Economy is fantastic.

-They used to talk about the 'Biden Crime Family,' but found themselves having trouble explaining why all their impeachment witnesses have either gone into hiding, or been arrested for telling lies to the FBI. 'Nuff of that.

-They talk less about the border now than they used to, once it's been highlighted that they had a chance to FIX it, and Trump told them not to.

-They used to talk a lot about Biden being senile, incoherent, and demented. I have a feeling they won't be doing that anymore.

When the top story on the Fox News Politics page is FANI WILLIS instead of JOE BIDEN, you know his State of the Union Address was a resounding victory for Biden.

I'm sure they had five headlines prepared prior to the SOTUA. In order of preference:

1. Biden Fumbles Incoherently Through Address, Fueling Questions About His Age.

2. Biden Trips While Ascending Stairs to Podium, Fueling Questions About His Physical Fitness.

3. Biden Address Derailed by Constant Heckling, Fueling Questions About His Ability to Focus on The Job.

4. Biden Delivers Low Energy State of The Union, Fueling Doubts About His Stamina.

5. (In case of fire, break glass) Fulton County Ethics Board Does Complete 180 On Fani Willis Complaints. (State of the Union? WHAT State of the Union??)

Guess which one they were forced to use. WELL DONE, JOE!!!


(Also, another thing I've observed about Fox. Whenever one of their pet narratives has been derailed at night, it usually takes their spin doctors until the next day for them to craft a new set of talking points. They were hoping Biden would be low energy and incoherent. The opposite was true. He kicked their asses into next week. So, last night, the Fox gang was running around, bumping into each other like the Keystone Cops, not knowing how to spin what they'd just seen. But this morning, they'd have time to craft the new narrative. Apparently, Biden is now 'too angry,' and 'too partisan.' Hah! Nice try, Baghdad Bob.)

2. I heard a few minutes of Hannity's radio show today.

He called Biden something like frenzied or manic (sorry, I don't remember the exact wording). Hannity seemed to be angry that he couldn't call Biden, "sleepy Joe" or comment on his dementia.

Last night poured cold water on their narrative.

3. It's always been like that.

Fox, and AM Hate Radio have always been 24-48 hours behind anything that is negative about republicons.

You would hear something on Air America Radio, and it would always be a day or two before the rightwing hatemongers got their spin coordinated. Their sucker audience never figured it out.
