Spineless Supreme Court lets voters decide what is legal or not?

They said only Congress could decide to remove a candidate from the ballot. Congress had already decided. They decided in 1868. They passed the 14th Amendment and put it in the Constitution.

The Colorado Supreme Court tried to make their job easier but they wanted no part of it. They were looking for a loophole. They ruled against our Constitution.

The US Supreme Court shirked its responsibility. Rather than make a decision about the law, they said it was up to the voters to decide.

How could they decide that laws were broken on January 6th, 2021? How could they agree with the Colorado Supreme Court that Donald Trump engaged in insurrection at that time? How could they make a decision about the law?

After all, they are only the Supreme Court.
