Hamas' brutality is unpardonable

And Hamas bears sole and complete responsibility for the ongoing war and deaths in Gaza. Every Democrat should condemn Hamas and calls for its immediate surrender.

https://m.jpost.com/israel-hamas-war/article-787994. An excerpt:

An overview of the findings states: 'Hamas terrorists employed sadistic practices aimed at intensifying the degree of humiliation and terror inherent in sexual violence. 'Many of the bodies of sexual crime victims were found bound and shackled.

'The genitals of both women and men were brutally mutilated, and sometimes weapons were inserted into them. The terrorists did not stop at shooting, they also cut and mutilated sexual organs and other body parts with knives.'

5. I think the world doesn't care what happened to the Israelis on Oct 7th.

This morning there was a story on i24 news about how the Hamas rapists forced the families and friends to watch the sadistic rapes and murders of their loved ones. The degree of depravity is hard to process.

I know it sounds pessimistic and negative, but all the Jew hatred, all the Hamas apologists, all the revisionist history has led me to a point where I will never see the world the same way.

That degree of denial is really disturbing. I'm very sad to hear such an extreme viewpoint is represented here at DU.

11. HAMAS does not pull the trigger fingers of Israeli rifles pointed against civilians,
Thu Feb 22, 2024, 12:59 AM

nor does HAMAS release the Israeli bombs that kill more civilians than Hamas fighters.

The actions of NetanYAHOO and the IDF
are even more 'unpardonable', when you start to count the number of casualties....

Have the attacks of Hamas against Israeli civilians been horrific and unpardonable? YES!!

Have the attacks by Israel against Gaza been over-the-top
and killed MANY MORE INNOCENT WOMEN AND CHILDREN
than the attacks by Hamas against Israel?

YES!

Am I beyond sick of reading posts that attempt to justify
the overwhelming number of Gazan casualties vs. Israeli casualties,
by invoking the specifics of the type of attacks, rather than the number of dead?

YES!

Some Israeli women were raped by Hamas, before they were killed..
It that horrific? YES, IT IS....

but it does not make them ANY MORE DEAD than women and children blown to bits by Israeli bombs in Gaza....

nor does it make their deaths somehow "count more"
than the deaths of women and children blown to bits by Israeli bombs in Gaza....

So I am sick of hearing about Oct. 7 atrocities to justify the Israeli overkill in Gaza.
All of that rhetoric just makes me less sympathetic to Israel in this war.

No doubt some atrocities have been committed by the IDF in Gaza---
and the overall Israeli military action in Gaza amounts to a WAR CRIME!

Not Genocide, but war crimes most certainly.

Did Hamas commit war crimes in their attacks? YES, they did....

One war crime is no better than another,
but the number of casualties may be vastly different.

They keep setting fires decade after decades. This one was absurd, no fucking way.

They wants it, they gets it.

When we all know it's Hamas. Makes one wonder of the ulterior motives at play here.
