The 6 will keep him on ballots.

But they will also rule he has NO immunity from prosecution for crimes he committed while in office. Because what he really wants is to be IMMUNE from Prosecution. THAT he sees as icing on his cake. For if he is ruled as IMMUNE, then so is Joe immune if he seeks to have TSF taken care of by covert means.
