"Project 2025" is already in motion

Project 2025 is becoming more widely known as a potential consequence of Republicans winning in 2025, at least at the national level but, considering the kinds of bills that have been introduced and, in some cases, passed, it seems to me that in hardcore right-wing Republicans in states with supermajorities have already taken the ball and are running wild with proposed policies and laws that are contained within their document, including:

1. Restrictions and attacks on LGBTQ persons, especially Transgender persons
2. Anti-abortion restrictions
3. Voting restrictions
4. Limiting/curtailing democracy in various ways (i.e. states imposing limits on local governments)

Possibly more examples but these are the ones that I came up with in short order.

Is everybody seeing what I'm seeing?

1. They've been doing everything in that list publicly and overtly for 40+ years.

2. I don't know how overt it's been for 40+ years

It feels like they've ratcheted things up in the last year or two and are continuing with intensifying urgency again this year.
