MAGA says, "Let the people decide." The voters, law enforcement and 60+ courts have already decided that they lost.

And having obstructed the peaceful transfer of power, Trump is disabled for future office by the Constitution on its face.

Similar to impeachment, this is not a civil or criminal matter. Trump faces no deprivation of life, liberty or property.

As a disabled aspirational candidate he needs more support (67%) in the House than he received as the incumbent, but ultimately “Insurrection or Rebellion” and “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” are whatever Congress says they are.

The GOP agrees of course, but only with respect to President Biden.

Maybe I’m wrong.

lawful government of the United States through fraud and violence. And that is what disqualifies him from future office. There is no "let... whatever" because it already happened, in the past.
