If he has the DOJ arrest Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden (for no reason), then we would claim that it was purely political revenge. Then he would point to what "we did to him" and say it was the same thing. His favorite phrase is "I did nothing wrong." which means he's pretending that there is no lawful reason for him to be indicted.
