Cheeesybro must be crapping his pant now that Powell

Took her deal to testify
I could be mistaken, but I swear I saw an article in the news yesterday that cheesy bro turned down a plea.
Then he reads today that Sydney took one? Dude must be shitting bricks.

they are separate parts of the plot and irs more likely Powell has dirt on Giuliani, Meadows, Trump , the big fishes.

I don't think the criminal mastermind gets off by claiming "They we're just following my orders, your honor"

Although I highly suspect over the next few weeks Ken Chesebro is gonna leave me questioning his "mastermind" status. But I guess you can still be the smartest guy in the room, as long as you pick the right room.

2. Chesebro did turn down a plea deal, which seems insane to me,

and now that Powell has taken a plea in exchange for her testimony, it seems even more insane, although she's more of a danger to TFG and Giuliani than she is to him. Maybe he didn't think she'd plead because she's such a zealous Trumper. IIRC he tried to get his case severed from hers, not that it would make any difference wrt her plea deal.

4. No. He is happy. He wanted his trial separated from her, and now it is.

One of the reasons he went for a speedy trial is to separate himself as much as possible from the other defendants and especially the obviously loony ones. His lawyers were very unhappy that the Kraken lady was going to be tried alongside him. They aren't scared of her cooperation being used against him, since the actions that each are being charged for are rather separate.

At least, that's the impression his lawyers have given in the interviews I've heard.
